CCS64 was written by Per Håkan Sundell for his Master's Thesis in 1995. The application is robust and easy to use with drop down menus - disk images are mounted and can be navigated with a solid interface. The user has control a nice variety of audio, video, and miscellaneous settings.
Most games work perfectly, however, levels don't appear to load in Jumpman. Fun Emulators has yet to locate an emulator that play that great game. The Impossible Mission image works like a charm - C64 voice synthesis and all.
The Kaillera multiplayer client is included as a plug-in and allows you and a friend to play all those competitive C64 games over the 'net. CCS64 is Shareware. If you find yourself and your friends returning to this great emulator, please consider a donation to the developer.
