For an original Macintosh experience on your PC, look to the MiniVmac Macintosh+ emulator. You can find everything you need to get up and running in the Fun Emulators' mac-win32 area.
Also worth noting is the Executor application from Ground Zero. It's a Mac emulator that utilizes no proprietary Mac software.
