Max Emulators architecture was built with Macromedia/Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Xara3d, and notepad in 2006-2008 and features PHP server-side generated pages with Ajax, DOM, valid CSS & XHTML, PHP, and MYSQL databases.

The site is compatible with Internet Explorer 6.0 to 7.0, Firefox 1.5 to 2.x, Lynx, and the latest versions of Opera & Safari for Windows and Firefox & Safari, Firefox, and Opera for the Mac.
